Job description Raven Ridge is looking for a driven and experienced Agency Technical Recruiter to join our team. This isn't just a recruiting role - it's a full-desk opportunity where you'll own the entire process, from sales and marketing to sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates. If you thrive in a flexible environment where you are trusted to do what you know best, we should talk. What You'll Do: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate new business. Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, etc.). Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidate skills and experience. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions. Collaborate with the team to share best practices and contribute to overall success. What You'll Bring: Proven track record of success in an agency setting, including full-desk experience (sales, marketing, and recruiting). This is a role for a Senior Recruiter who knows what to do and how to do it. Solid experience in technical recruiting is essential. Experience with engineering and/or IT roles is a big plus! Strong business acumen and the ability to project confidence. A self-directed mentality with a strong work ethic and a passion for results. The ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates. Why Raven Ridge? Dennis joins the Technical / Engineering group, assisting in the growth of the business.
