Pratt Cold Chain Technologies is looking for an Account Coordinator to manage the day to day requirements for our strategic customers. This is a position on the ground floor of Pratt Industries' newest and most exciting start up division. The Account Coordinator will be expected to manage over $50MM in annual revenue across multiple highly strategic accounts. This is a fast paced role requiring the ability to multi-task, problem solve, and work cross-functionally within the department. This role will be directly responsible for accepting and confirming customer purchase orders, confirming inventory availability, coordinating freight, ensuring on time and in full delivery, as well as invoicing accuracy. The Account Coordinator position will have daily interaction with Pratt's internal facilities, manufacturing, inventory and logistics teams. The Account Coordinator will also have daily interaction with our customers' facility managers and purchasing teams, and will provide rapid responses (<30 minutes) to all customer inquiries and needs.

2+ Years in Customer Service Role or Direct Customer Facing Role
Bachelor's degree a plus
Experience in the packaging industry, logistics or distribution industry preferred
