Position Summary: Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing is seeking a 1st shift Polisher/Deburr Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will: Looking for a highly skilled and motivated hand polisher with experience in aerospace products for 1st shift Position Responsibilities Assure the manufacture products in accordance with Engineering drawings Adhere to all department and Company quality standards Check product dimensions utilizing proper equipment Refer any issues regarding Deburr and Manual Operations areas to senior leads or supervisors Assure compliance to all department and Company quality standards Record, as required, all productivity on Company system Clean and maintain machinery according to department and Company standards Adhere to all Company safety regulations Manufacture products in accordance with Engineering drawings The ability to communicate in English (reading, writing, and speaking) Familiarity with dremil tools, polishing wheels, buffing wheels, and Cratex polishing Familiarity with high speed Dotco guns Qualifications: 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to use go/no go gauges Ability to use dial calipers Education: High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
